Eghardt graduated from the University of Pretoria, South Africa in 2007. He then completed a postgraduate certificate in sports physiotherapy in 2010, various training and experience with ergonomics, concussion assessment and rehabilitation.
Eghardt has worked with numerous professional sports teams including Field Hockey South Africa and Basketball South Africa, as well as club and school rugby and cricket teams and individual professional track athletes and tennis players.
Eghardt has also undergone further training in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders and vestibular disorders. He has lectured at postgraduate level and presented taping courses and is certified in dry needling and orthopaedic manual therapy.
Eghardt moved to Canada with his family in 2019.
